Pup Adventure Series - New Postcard Set

If you follow me on twitter (or anywhere online), you know that Matt and I have a lovely Shiba Inu pup called Toshi (one of three pet kids). Our dog loves going on adventures (camping, visiting family, or just a roadtrip), which means packing up blankets, food, baggies, snacks, his toys, and any other items he might need! What started as a fun little piece inspired by Toshi, became a series that I printed up as postcards.




These cards are currently available here in my online shop as a 4 pack (one of each design).

The other dogs depicted are just a few of my favorite other dog breeds that I thought might want to go on an adventure too! I have gotten a lot of requests for other dog breeds, so this is a series that I might pick up again this summer and do some additional illustrations for.

And when Toshi's not on a grand adventure he loves lying on the couch like a little prince.

Out of curiosity, since I know you love your adorable kitties, will there be a cat breed to accompany your pup adventure series? :)

Hi Jenny,

I think my cat series is manifesting in a different form that the pup adventure postcards. I did one big painting featuring a traveling troupe of cats, and right now I'm working on a little book all about cats. So yes, there are lots of cat projects in the works but maybe not a postcard set at this point.
